What memberships do you offer?

​

We have three core memberships:

  • HYROX — Group training built for hybrid performance.

  • Hybrid — Small-group personal training (max 6).

  • Open Gym — Full facility access outside coached sessions.

  • Drop ins and drop ins packages

Can I upgrade or change my membership?

Yes. You can upgrade or switch anytime — no drama, no penalty. Just speak to a coach or email us.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer Student, Blue Light, Veteran, and Corporate discounts.

​

Is there a contract?

No long-term lock-in. All memberships run monthly with easy cancellation.

TRAINING & FACILITY

​

What’s the difference between HYROX and Hybrid sessions?

  • HYROX: Conditioning-focused group training built around the HYROX race format.

  • Hybrid: Strength, mobility and performance training in a small-group PT setting (max 6 people).

 

What is Open Gym?

Open Gym gives you access to the full facility outside coached session hours to train how you want.

What equipment do you have?

Elite-level kit:

  • Racks, platforms, barbells, dumbbells

  • Sled track, kettlebells, sandbags

  • Ergs, SKI-ERGs, Assault runners

  • HYROX-specific equipment

  • Functional training tools
    Everything is clean, organised and maintained properly.

 

Are beginners welcome?

Absolutely. Every session is coach-led and scalable. You don’t need to be fit to start — you get fit here.

 

How many people are in a HYROX class?

Larger than Hybrid but capped for quality. You’ll always get coaching attention.

How many people are in a Hybrid session?

Max 6 people. It’s personal training in a small-group format.

 

KICKSTART & TRIALS

What is the 21-Day Kickstart?

A 21-day programme designed to build training consistency fast. Includes classes, coaching support and full-access training.

​

Can I try a session before joining?

Yes. We offer trial options depending on the membership you want.

​

AGE & SAFETY

​

Can under 16s train at Endure?

Yes, as long as they turned 15, with parental consent and depending on the session. Contact us to check availability and suitability.

​

Do you have insurance?

Yes, fully covered for coaching, facility access and group training.

​

Do members need to clean equipment after use?

Yes. We provide approved cleaning products for everything you use.

​

BOOKING & ACCESS

How do I book sessions?

All sessions are booked through our app. Simple and fast.

​

What are your opening hours?

Session times + extended Open Gym hours. Timetable is always up to date on the app.

​

Do I need to book Open Gym?

Yes — for safety and capacity management.

​

PAYMENTS

​

How do payments work?

Monthly card payments or direct debit. No hidden fees.

​

Do you offer freezes?

Yes — for injury, illness or special circumstances.
