Ciprian Ignat

Ola, I'm Ciprian and I’m one of the co-founders of Endure. I come from a background in track & field and team sports. My coaching is built on support, encouragement and the power of showing up together - pushing each other forward like a true team. There is no reason you can't train and perform like an athlete and I am here to help you find the athlete in you.

Scott McGimpsey

Hi my name is Scott. 

I am an award-winning coach from Belfast with lots of different experience and lots of different sporting modalities. 

I’ve been a coach since 2019 and have run a national online coaching business. I have now transitioned into being one of the co-founders of Endure Hybrid training club. 

I specialise in functional fitness, Hyrox 
and helping you to develop a resilient and fortified mindset.

Ross Fisher

Hey I’m Ross an ex national swimmer turned Ironman triathlete / Hyrox & strength addict. I’m a Hyrox L1 coach with a passion for “Hybrid” training. If you want to build real strength & fitness I’ll help you to train smarter and get the most out of your training without sacrificing countless precious hours & more importantly avoiding injury & burnout whilst still getting the results you deserve!
